Water System Service
Field service for high-purity water systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing and biotech facilities — RO, DI, EDI, and pretreatment. Based in Sanford, NC. Serving NC & SC.
What We Do — and Don't Do
Pharmaceutical water systems operate within a regulatory context. Understanding the boundary of our service is important.
What We Provide
Field service — maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of water treatment equipment. We work on the physical systems that produce and deliver water.
What Requires Your Internal Resources
Formal qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), regulatory documentation, validation protocols, and compliance determinations are facility responsibilities and require qualified validation resources. We support operations — we do not perform formal validation activities.
Regulatory Context
Pharmaceutical water systems — including Purified Water (PW) and Water for Injection (WFI) systems — are addressed under USP <1231> and applicable GMP regulations. We are familiar with these frameworks and provide field service support for water systems operating within pharmaceutical and biotech environments.
Documentation
We provide professional service documentation covering work performed and findings. Requirements for formal GMP documentation, change control records, and validation documentation should be addressed by your facility's quality team.
Service Capabilities
Our capabilities in pharmaceutical and biotech water system service include the following. Items marked with a note are areas where our full service scope should be confirmed for your specific situation.
Common System Issues
Water Quality Out of Specification
Conductivity, TOC, or other parameters outside system targets — requires diagnostic investigation.
RO System Performance Decline
Reduced recovery, increasing differential pressure, or declining rejection rate.
DI Exhaustion Rate Change
Faster-than-expected depletion of DI capacity suggesting upstream water quality issue or resin condition change.
System Alarm — Unknown Cause
Active alarm with unclear source — common when instrumentation or pretreatment is involved.
Pretreatment Failure
Softener, carbon, or sediment filter issue affecting downstream water treatment quality.
Equipment Shutdown
Unplanned system shutdown requiring diagnosis and recovery.
